We have come to a conclusion that in the past few days Hotmail has blocked our server IP and anyone using Hotmail will not receive our
emails.

We are working to find a solution to this problem. As of now we suggest users who have our service and use hotmail to please create a email
account in cpanel and use that email for our support or register a email at gmail/yahoo or any other that is not linked to hotmail for now.
