Customer's cPanel always says "You are logged in using the root or reseller password." Print

If this shows on the main page of cPanel, then the client's password is the same as the reseller owner's password. Please change your reseller WHM password to a unique password.

If the message only appears in phpMyAdmin and Fantastico De Luxe, then this is normal. The reseller owner is not allowed access to those cPanel tools. If you are the reseller and want access to those tools, you will need to login to the client's cPanel directly with the correct cPanel username and password.
