There are no ftp accounts as standard, you must create them:
You can use LxAdmin/Kloxo to make a new ftp account.
Login to LxAdmin,
Click “ftp users”
Click “add ftp user” tab
Fill in all of the information.
Now connect using a program such as Dreamweaver or filezilla.
