Yes, you can upgrade at any time. It is free to upgrade and the only charge would be the price difference in the plan you upgrade to.

For example, if you already paid $9.95 this month with your previous plan at XllHost, and the new plan is $14.95 per month, you'd only pay the $5.00 difference. If you upgrade halfway through the month, we will charge a pro-rated amount of $2.50, and the normal $14.95 will be charged next month.
